Brut IPA er en lys, frisk og tørr øl som kan minne om champagne. Humlen gir et fruktig preg med smak av melon, sitrus og tropiske frukter.

Amigase (15ml) has i gjæringsbøtta fra dag 5, sammen med tørrhumlen. Omdanner komlekse supkkerarter til gjærbart sukker, vil restarte gjæringen.
